This project is a study for developing territory, which was the basis for change in the zoning plan. Council municipality wanted to make a study showing whether, it is possible to create a reasonable development area at all. Proposal of this area had to keep all the functions needed for new development areas of course, but it was necessary to protect property rights of all owners and theirs independence and equivalence.
