The planning center Quadrant of over 24 hectares bounded by the three main traffic disclosure Einstein Dreef, Brailledreef and Zamenhofdreef. The development covers 5.7 ha within the planning and is defined by the boundary of the property development company OCCO (Ontwikkelingscombinatie Center Overvecht). Overvecht is perfect for the car unlocked from the outer ring (Northern Ring Utrecht) and the inner ring (Braille Dreef). The location at the entrance of the city Einsteindreef the CKO is to develop a suitable location for a mixed urban program.
