Main part of object is constructed by classically steel concrete technology, here is skeleton construction. In this construction is suspended certain walls. For this object was chosen certain walls of Reynears CW50-CS structural. Only this system satisfy conditions of thermal resistance of window frame. Skeleton construction is ground on separate footing. Separate footing which are along periphery, so these are connected by continuous footing. Other continuous footings are in centre disposition of entrance hall, because here are 3 columns very nearly and it should be problem with uniform subsidence. Flooring plate is proposed as armoured concrete slab and slab thickness was consider in static part of diploma thesis.
