Mutějovice is village northing of Rakovník and westward of Prague. It is near of main road Praha – Karlovy Vary. Village has good traffic availability, there is station of ČD and railway station. Solvable lands are in southeast edge of village. Lands are available of public communication.
Land is very prone to south, near by development area are present building up-area, meadowlands and fields. In development area are new but also old family houses with different size and quality. Principle of build up-area is logic connection between existing area and new suggested houses with private gardens, but complying of distant technical network.
